Refunds & Replacements

We offer refunds or free replacements if your order:

• Arrives damaged or defective
• Is incorrect (wrong item received)
• Never arrives

Simply contact us within 7–14 days of receiving your order with your order number and photos/videos as proof.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and approved by our support team before being sent back.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is faulty.
• For low-value items (under $10), we provide a refund or replacement instead of requesting a return

Refund Timeline

Once your return or refund is approved, processing takes 3–5 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to 10 business days for the funds to appear
